Waverly Advisors LLC, a financial institution, has increased its stake in Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) by 28.4% in the second quarter, according to recent disclosure with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The fund now owns approximately 789,836 shares of Amazon's stock, valued at $186.679 million.

This acquisition makes up about 1.1% of Waverly Advisors LLC's investment portfolio, ranking it as the 11th largest holding for the company. In addition to Amazon, several other hedge funds and institutional investors have also modified their holdings in the e-commerce giant during the second quarter.
