Disney Jr.'s preschool series SuperKitties has welcomed Willa the Wildcat as its newest hero. The full-length special 'The New SuperKitty' premiered today on Disney Jr. and will be available to stream tomorrow, August 7, on Disney+. In the special, Willa joins forces with Ginny, Sparks, Buddy, and Bitsy to stop Cat Burglar and The Glamsters from taking over Kittydale.

The addition of Willa marks an exciting new chapter for SuperKitties, bringing fresh adventures and new team dynamics to one of Disney Jr.'s fastest-growing franchises. Since premiering in 2023, the series has generated over 33.2 billion minutes watched across streaming and linear television, with nearly 500 million YouTube views.

Disney has also announced two holiday-themed specials: 'Howl-O-Ween Charm' for Halloween and 'Friendsgiving Feast' for Thanksgiving. The special will feature guest appearances from Jenifer Lewis and Henry Winkler.
