The Xbox Disc-to-Digital feature has been discovered to digitize delisted games on the platform, allowing players to convert physical discs into digital copies playable across compatible devices.

This new tool was launched by Microsoft as part of its Xbox Insiders program and allows users to insert a physical game disc into an Xbox One or Series X console to add a digital version to their account. The digitized games can then be played on other Xbox-compatible devices, such as PCs, without needing the physical disc.

The feature has been successfully tested with various delisted titles, including blockbuster tie-ins and music games. Users have reported that games like Deadpool, G.I. Joe: Operation Blackout, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan, Star Trek: Prodigy, and Transformers: Devastation work with the tool.

However, not all titles are compatible with the feature, and some users have reported that specific Ubisoft games and delisted Sega titles do not work. Microsoft has not confirmed whether the compatibility with delisted games is intentional.
