Xbox Turns 25 with Limited-Edition Series X25 Console

Microsoft is celebrating its Xbox brand's 25th anniversary with a special limited-edition collection. The Xbox 25th Anniversary Collection includes the Xbox Series X25 Limited Edition console, finished in translucent 'OG Green' inspired by the original Xbox era, and comes with a matching controller. Each console carries a unique engraved number.

The bundle also features a full-game download of Halo: Campaign Evolved, and is priced at $899.99 in the US. The collection will launch on November 13 for those who pre-order it by August 27, although prices may vary depending on the region. Microsoft has confirmed that orders are limited to one console per customer.

The controller itself can be pre-ordered separately from October 20, but only in limited quantities. The company has not disclosed how many consoles will be produced for this special edition collection.
