Xylem Appoints Andrea van der Berg as New CFO

Xylem has appointed Andrea van der Berg as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 1, 2026. She will also join Xylem's Executive Leadership Team.

Van der Berg currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance for Xylem's Water Infrastructure segment. Her progression at Xylem has given her experience across business finance, FP&A and investor relations.

Before joining Xylem, van der Berg spent two years with MSCI Inc. as an Executive Director. Prior to MSCI, she built a career of more than 13 years at Honeywell, progressing through numerous finance leadership positions across financial planning and analysis, treasury, capital markets, business planning and corporate audit.

With over 21 years of finance experience, van der Berg brings extensive expertise across corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, treasury, capital markets and business operations. Her appointment reflects Xylem's internal leadership pipeline and its focus on developing senior talent from within the organization.
