Rosen Law Firm is investigating claims that Microsoft Corporation misled investors about its business operations. The firm reminds stockholders who lost more than $100,000 to contact them for information about their rights.

The investigation focuses on the period between May 1, 2025 and January 28, 2026, during which Microsoft allegedly made false or misleading statements about its Copilot family of products. The company was said to have experienced problems with brand positioning, user experience, usage, data siloing, computational capacity, organizational, and interoperability.

The lawsuit also claims that Microsoft's flagship proprietary AI model ranked poorly compared to competitors on benchmark tests. As a result, the company increased its capital expenditures by billions of dollars to improve the competitive positioning of its Copilot family of products.

Investors who suffered damages are eligible to participate in the class action against Microsoft Corporation. Shareholders must file their motions with the court by August 11, 2026, to serve as lead plaintiff for the class.
