Alfa Laval Hits Century Mark with Prodec Oil Plus Sales

Alfa Laval has reached a significant milestone in the US ethanol industry, selling over 100 Prodec Oil Plus systems to ethanol plants across the country. The achievement reflects growing demand for technologies that improve corn oil recovery and plant profitability.

The Prodec Oil Plus decanter is designed specifically for ethanol production and enables plants to recover more corn oil than conventional methods. This allows producers to generate higher revenues while improving overall process performance.

With ethanol producers operating in a competitive market, maximizing the value of every bushel of corn has become increasingly important. Alfa Laval's system helps plants enhance returns from existing operations without requiring major process modifications.
