Saudi Aramco is exploring alternative crude oil supply routes to Asia as a result of disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz.

According to Reuters sources, Aramco is holding private talks with Asian refiners about delivering Arab Medium and Arab Heavy crude grades via ship-to-ship transfers off the coast of Fujairah in the UAE.

This move reflects Aramco's efforts to establish a new supply route following prolonged disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz, which has led to reduced market share for Aramco in key Asian consumption hubs, including India.
