Azerbaijan's Oil Prices Surge as Global Demand Remains Strong
Azerbaijan's oil prices have seen significant increases over the past week. According to Trend's calculations, the price of Azeri Light CIF crude rose by $14.02, or 16.1%, compared to last week, reaching $101.01 per barrel. The maximum price for this grade of crude was $109.10, while the minimum was $93.91.
The average price of Azeri Light FOB Ceyhan at the Turkish port also saw a substantial increase, rising by 16.3% to $97.08 per barrel. The maximum price during the week was $105.18, and the minimum was $89.99.
Urals crude oil prices increased by 23.4%, reaching an average of $63.12 per barrel. The highest recorded price for Urals crude was $70.90, while the lowest was $56.14. Dated Brent crude oil also saw a significant increase, averaging $95.32, which is up by 16.3% compared to last week.
