Basrah Crude Prices Surge as Global Oil Markets Gain Ground

Basrah crude prices rose significantly on Thursday as global oil markets saw gains. The price of Basrah Heavy increased by more than 3% to $88.72 per barrel, while Basrah Medium gained 3.32% to settle at $92.02 a barrel.

The OPEC basket also experienced an increase, rising 1.13% to $107.46 a barrel. Dubai crude saw the largest gain among regional grades, increasing by 6.45% to $105.09 per barrel.

Other regional grades such as Arab Light and Arab Heavy also saw price increases of 3.06% and 3.07%, respectively. Kuwait Export Blend climbed 11.49% to $109.37 per barrel.
