President Biden has returned from a week of meetings in Europe, where he met with G7 and NATO leaders to discuss global issues. As he prepares for his next overseas trip, meeting with Middle East leaders including Prince Mohammed bin Salman and King Salman in July, he said he won't be discussing oil production with them.

Biden explained that the Gulf states are already meeting to discuss increasing oil production, and he thinks they will make a decision in their own interest. He added that temporarily dropping the federal gas tax would only reduce gas prices by about 50 cents, as states charge an average of 31 cents per gallon on regular gas.

Biden blamed Russia for high gas prices, saying 'the reason why gas prices are up is because of Russia, Russia, Russia.' He also stated that the United States will continue supporting Ukraine for 'as long as it takes.'
