The United States Brent Oil Fund LP reported strong performance in August, posting net income of $35.1 million. This was driven by $20.6 million in realized trading gains and $13.2 million in unrealized gains, alongside dividend and interest income and modest ETF transaction fees.

The fund's operating expenses remained relatively low at $0.5 million, resulting in a net asset value increase from $615.3 million at the start of August to $620.9 million at month-end.

After share additions and withdrawals, the fund closed the month with 11.75 million shares outstanding and a net asset value per share of $52.85. This underscores robust profitability and stable positioning in the Brent oil futures market during the period.
