Caledonia Mining Revenue Rises 16% on Stronger Gold Prices and Production
Caledonia Mining Corporation has reported a strong improvement in its second-quarter revenue, driven by higher realised gold prices and improved production at its flagship Blanket Mine.
The company's sales rose 16 percent year-on-year to $75.9 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, as favourable market conditions translated into higher sales.
Analysts said that the combination of production growth and a stronger gold price provides Caledonia with operating leverage: additional ounces produced can generate disproportionately stronger revenue when sold into a rising gold-price environment.
The company's quarterly performance highlights the continued importance of gold output and pricing to its earnings, particularly in Zimbabwe where elevated bullion prices are providing a significant revenue tailwind for gold producers.
