Canada Seeks New Trade Opportunities with Poland through Nuclear Tech and LNG

Canadian Trade Minister Maninder Sidhu met with Polish officials to discuss potential collaborations on energy projects. Poland aims to reduce its reliance on coal by expanding its nuclear power program, with plans for a second reactor.

Canada's involvement in the project could create long-term commercial relationships involving fuel, financing, engineering, and technical services. The country's uranium industry is another key advantage, as Canada is a major producer of uranium and has the natural resources needed to support nuclear power generation over the long term.
