Elemental Royalty Offers Quarterly Dividend Payment in Tether Gold Tokens

Elemental Royalty has declared its quarterly dividend for 2026 at $0.03 per common share, totaling $0.12 for the year. This amount will be paid to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2026, and distributed on or about October 15, 2026. Registered holders have a special option - they can receive their dividend in Tether Gold tokens instead of cash.

The Dividend Election Alternative allows eligible registered holders to choose to receive their dividends in Tether Gold XAU₮ tokens, net of applicable expenses and withholding taxes. This option is available for shareholders who complete and submit the necessary election forms by September 24, 2026. The value of the Tether Gold tokens will be calculated based on the LBMA Gold Price at the time of distribution.
