Evolution PowerX Corp. Surpasses Records with 36% Revenue Growth in Q2
Evolution PowerX Corp., a Canadian leading provider of site power systems, turbine electrification and infrastructure services, announced record results for its second quarter in 2026. The company reported revenue of $8.827 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, an increase of 36% compared to $6.485 million in the prior period.
The adjusted EBITDA, a non-IFRS measure, was $2.111 million, up 164% from $799,425 in the previous quarter. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, revenue increased by 24% to $20.830 million compared to $16.814 million in the prior period.
The company attributes its growth to sustained strong demand in the Alberta market and the successful deployment of natural gas turbine generators. Evolution PowerX Corp. also announced the acquisition of a new SPG4 3.2-megawatt natural gas turbine generator, which is expected to be commercially available for customer projects during the fourth quarter of 2026.
In addition, the company repurchased and cancelled 1.246 million of its outstanding common shares at an average purchase price of $1.27 per share as part of its normal course issuer bid.
