Gold and silver prices rise in Pakistan after recent declines
Gold and silver prices in Pakistan rebounded on Monday, October 5, 2026, after a recent decline. The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported that the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs1,200, reaching Rs437,536. Similarly, 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs1,029 to Rs375,116, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold climbed by Rs943 to Rs343,868.
The upward trend was not confined to Pakistan. Globally, gold prices surged by $12, hitting $4,150 per ounce. This movement mirrored the domestic market's recovery.
Silver prices also saw an increase. The price of 24-karat silver per tola rose by Rs66 to Rs6,588, and 10 grams of silver increased by Rs57 to Rs5,648.
