Gold Holds Steady Near Record Levels as Silver Rebounds Ahead of Fed Decision
Gold prices in India remained steady near record levels on Wednesday, while silver rebounded by Rs 500 per kg due to firm global cues and renewed buying by jewellers, according to the All India Sarafa Association.
The price of 99.9% purity gold held steady at Rs 1,47,000 per 10 grams, while 99.5% purity gold also remained unchanged at Rs 1,46,300 per 10 grams. Silver prices recovered Rs 500 to Rs 2,25,300 per kilogram after declining in the previous trading session.
