Gold Price Calculator Tracks Holdings with Precision

The Gold Price Calculator on goldprice.org allows users to calculate the current value of their gold and silver holdings. To use the calculator, one must enter a number in the left text field, select the unit of weight (Ounce, Gram, or Kilogram), and choose a currency. The current price per unit of weight and currency will be displayed on the right.

The calculator also allows users to optionally enter purchase prices and future values for their holdings. This enables the calculation of current and future gains/losses as well as totals for gold and silver holdings, including the ratio percent of gold versus silver.

Below the calculator, the spot price of Gold per Troy Ounce is displayed along with the date and time of the price. If the user's browser accepts cookies, a button will appear at the bottom of the calculator that allows users to save their input for future reference.
