Gold Price Falls in Nepal's Domestic Market Amid Decline

The price of gold in Nepal's domestic market has declined on August 12, 2026. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of gold has fallen by Rs 1,200 per tola (11.66 grams) to Rs 306,700 per tola. This represents a drop from Tuesday's price of Rs 307,900 per tola.

The price of silver has also decreased in the domestic market. Silver is now being traded at Rs 4,745 per tola, down Rs 35 from Tuesday's price of Rs 4,780 per tola.
