Gold prices declined across most metro cities in India on September 23, 2026. According to data from BankBazaar.com, the gold prices in Delhi were ₹14,235 for 1 gram of 22-carat gold and ₹1,13,880 for 8 grams of 22-carat gold, both down by ₹50 and ₹400 respectively compared to yesterday.

The price of 24-carat gold in Delhi was ₹14,947 per gram, a decline of ₹52 from the previous day. In Mumbai, the prices were lower at ₹14,185 for 1 gram of 22-carat gold and ₹14,894 for 1 gram of 24-carat gold.

The price declines are attributed to market dynamics and demand-supply factors in the global market.
