Gold Prices Plummet in India and International Markets

Gold prices have taken a hit in recent trading sessions, sparking interest among investors. On Monday, the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) saw gold futures fall by 0.41% to ₹153,750 per 10 grams, down from ₹154,381 on the previous day.

The decline in gold prices was not limited to India alone. The international market also witnessed a drop, with gold falling by 0.53% to $4,401.30 per ounce, according to Comex data.

Silver prices also followed suit, declining by 0.48% to trade at $66.825 per ounce in the international market.

The Delhi Gold Rate shows that 24-carat gold is trading at ₹155,830 per 10 grams, while 22-carat and 18-carat gold are priced at ₹142,850 and ₹116,910 respectively.
