Gold Prices Rebound as Dollar and Yields Ease
Gold prices rose on Thursday as the US dollar and Treasury yields eased. Spot gold gained 0.5% to $4,409.97 per ounce by 0219 GMT after hitting a near one-month low in the previous session.
US gold futures also saw a 0.9% increase to $4,455.30.
The uptick in gold prices was reflected across other metals as well. Spot silver rose 0.6% to $65.74, platinum climbed 0.6% to $1,770.88, and palladium firmed 0.6% to $1,354.00.
