Gold Prices Rise Across India Amid Soft Dollar and US Inflation Data

Gold prices rose across leading jewelry brands in India on Thursday, September 10, 2026. According to Prithviraj Kothari, managing director at RiddiSiddhi Bullions Ltd. and President of the Indian Bullion & Jewellers Association (IBJA), gold ticked higher due to a softer dollar, awaiting key U.S. inflation data that could influence the Federal Reserve's interest rate outlook.

The current prices for 22k gold jewelry at various brands in different cities are as follows: Tanishq - Rs 14,300 per gram; Malabar Gold & Diamonds and Joyalukkas - Rs 14,255 per gram each. Kalyan Jewellers has not updated its rate yet.

IBJA's indicative retail selling rates for September 10, 2026 (AM) are: Fine Gold (999) - ₹15,403 per gram; 22 KT Gold - ₹15,033 per gram; 20 KT Gold - ₹13,709 per gram; 18 KT Gold - ₹12,476 per gram; 14 KT Gold - ₹9,935 per gram. Silver (999) is priced at ₹2,38,556 per kg.
