Gold Prices Slip Amid Global Market Jitters
Gold prices declined by 0.3% on Monday to reach $4,362.60 per ounce. This drop follows a one-week high achieved on Friday.
The decline in gold prices was also reflected in US gold futures, which fell 0.6% to $4,400.20.
Other metals also saw fluctuations in their prices, with spot silver rising by 0.2% to $66.37, while platinum dipped 0.1% to $1,798.31 and palladium added 0.6% at $1,309.65.
