Gold Prices Soar in Pakistan by Rs2,400 Per Tola Amid International Market Rally

Gold prices in Pakistan surged by Rs2,400 per tola on Tuesday, following an increase in international market rates. The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported that 24-karat gold reached a price of Rs459,736 per tola.

The association also noted that the price of 10-gram gold rose by Rs2,058 to Rs394,149. This rise comes as gold prices increased by $8 to $4,373 per ounce in the international market.

Typically, local gold prices are adjusted by a premium of $20 against international rates. The association's announcement also included an increase in silver prices, with 10-gram silver rising by Rs53 to Rs5,971.
