Gold Sees Gains Amid Dollar and Yield Easing
Gold prices rose on Thursday as the US Dollar and Treasury yields eased, causing investors to seek refuge in safe-haven assets.
The price of spot gold increased by 0.5% to $4,409.97 per ounce at 0219 GMT, after hitting a near one-month low in the previous session.
Other metals also rose, with spot silver increasing by 0.6% to $65.74, platinum climbing 0.6% to $1,770.88, and palladium firming 0.6% to $1,354.00.
