Gold, Silver Prices Plummet in Domestic Market

The domestic market for gold and silver saw a decline in prices on Wednesday. The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association reported that hallmark gold lost Rs 2,700 per tola (11.66 grams) in value, trading at Rs 304,100.

This represents a decrease from Tuesday's price of Rs 306,800 per tola. The association also noted that the price of silver has declined, falling by Rs 160 per tola and currently trading at Rs 4,595 per tola.
