Gold Stabilizes Near $4,339/Ounce Amid Dollar, Crude Oil, Geopolitical Influences

Gold prices remained firm near $4,339 per ounce in the evening session on September 22. US gold futures for December delivery declined 0.22 percent to $4,374 per ounce on Comex from its previous close.

The domestic spot gold closed the Tuesday session at Rs 1,51,879 per 10 grams, while MCX gold futures for the October delivery declined 0.24 percent to Rs 1,52,729 per 10 grams from its previous close.

Ruchit Thakur, Market Analyst at VT Markets, notes that precious metals are being pulled in opposite directions by currency, oil and monetary policy forces.
