The gold price in India has seen a decline across major cities over the last 24 hours. According to recent data, on September 28, 2026, the 24-carat gold price dropped to Rs 1,50,170 with a decrease of Rs 2,510. The 22-carat gold price also saw a drop of Rs 2,300, reaching Rs 1,37,650 per 10 grams.

The price drop is consistent across various cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, with the same prices listed for each city. The only exception is Bhubaneswar, where the silver rate saw a decrease of Rs 5,000, recording at Rs 2,75,000 per kilogram.

Meanwhile, the gold price remains unchanged across these cities, as reported on June 16, 2026. It appears that there has been no significant impact from recent market fluctuations or global events on the Indian gold market.
