Indonesia's Corn Distribution Exceeds 66% Target Amid Food Price Stabilization Efforts

The Indonesian government's Food Supply and Price Stabilization (SPHP) program has made significant progress in distributing corn to national livestock farmers. As of September 28, 2026, a total of 159.3 thousand tons of corn had been distributed, accounting for 66.05% of the target 241,199,500 kilograms or approximately 241.2 thousand tons for the year.

The distribution is part of the government's efforts to maintain the availability and affordability of feed corn for national livestock farmers. The realization of corn distribution under SPHP has been recorded by Perum Bulog, a state-owned logistics company responsible for the program's implementation.
