Ingentia Energies Limited has witnessed an impressive surge in crude oil production under the leadership of its former Interim Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Charles Odita.
The company's Board of Directors has commended Odita for his transformational leadership, which saw a 150% increase in production. The board described his tenure as a defining period in the Company's evolution, marked by strategic clarity, decisive execution, and exceptional leadership.
With this solid foundation established, the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Victor Agbaroji, has unveiled a growth strategy focused on strengthening Ingentia Energies' position in the oil and gas sector. Key priorities include enhancing drilling operations, maximising the value of existing assets, improving cost competitiveness, expanding the company's portfolio, and unlocking greater value from its asset's gas resources.
Agbaroji has pledged to build upon the solid foundation established by Odita, citing the importance of leveraging the seismic acquisition programme underway to execute a more robust drilling programme. He also highlighted the need for crude oil evacuation infrastructure to support future production growth, with plans to advance the pipeline evacuation project.
