Iran Reaches 1 Billion Cubic Feet Daily Gas Output at South Pars Phase 11
The development of South Pars Phase 11 in Iran has reached a major milestone as it now produces over 1 billion cubic feet (28.3 million cubic meters) of natural gas per day.
This achievement comes after years of delays and the withdrawal of foreign partners, including France's Total and China's CNPC, who left the project due to various issues.
The completion of Phase 11 is expected to help reduce Iran's domestic energy imbalances and improve gas supplies ahead of winter, when demand for natural gas rises significantly.
