Iraq Oil Output Rebounds as Exports Recover from Iran Conflict

Iraq's oil production has made a significant recovery in July, reaching an estimated 2.77 million barrels per day. This marks a rebound of 794,000 barrels per day from June, when the US-Iran conflict severely constrained output.

The increase is attributed to improved exports, which have allowed Baghdad to bring more production back online. In contrast, the conflict with Iran had imposed severe constraints on Iraq's oil output in June, leading to a sharp decline in production.
