IRGC Warns New Attack Will Spark Shift in Conflict Strategy
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has warned that any new military attack on Iran will result in significant changes to their defense and counter-attack strategies. IRGC spokesperson Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi stated that if a new attack occurs, the geography of the conflict will shift, and new weapons with new capabilities will be introduced.
Mohebbi emphasized that Iran's goals have changed since previous attacks, and their objectives are now different. He also hinted at a potential change in tactics, stating that 'we will introduce new weapons with new capabilities.'
The warning comes as the West Texas Intermediate (WTI) oil price has dropped 1.74% to $93.60. The IRGC's statement may have implications for global energy markets and could potentially impact oil prices.
