Kudlow Warns of Iranian Economic Collapse in Two Weeks
Larry Kudlow warns that Iran may face economic collapse within two weeks due to its dwindling cash reserves and worthless currency. The value of Iran's rial has plummeted to 2.5 million per dollar, a situation likened to the hyperinflation of Germany's Weimar Republic in the 1920s.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent suggests that Iran will run out of cash within two weeks, as China has significantly reduced its assistance to the country. With only 15 million barrels of Iranian oil left on the water, Iran will have nothing left to trade for anything.
The naval blockade imposed by President Trump's administration, also known as the 'wall of steel', has prevented Iran from selling any oil. Meanwhile, inland countries such as Pakistan, Turkey, and Azerbaijan are not trading with Iran either.
Even the Iranian president couldn't afford a Manhattan hotel room during his recent visit to the UN, instead staying at his ambassador's residence.
