Lion Copper Renames, Prepares for Nasdaq Listing with 1:27 Reverse Split
Lion Copper and Gold Corp., set to trade under its new name Lion Copper Corp. on September 14, 2026, will undergo a 1-for-27 reverse stock split.
The company's shares will change from the current symbol LEO (CSE) to LCU. The consolidation will reduce outstanding shares from 431,332,099 to approximately 15,975,263 post-consolidated shares.
The share consolidation was approved by shareholders at the company's annual meeting on August 12, 2026, as part of its application to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The new listing requires a minimum bid price of $4 per share among other conditions.
