Loonie Holds Firm Amid Volatile Oil Markets
The Canadian dollar remained largely unchanged on Friday, with its value holding steady against the US dollar.
This stability was reflected in the currency's closing price of US$0.7020, which is essentially equivalent to Thursday's close of US$0.7021.
In contrast, crude oil prices were more volatile, with West Texas Intermediate (WTI) dropping by US$1.41 per barrel to reach US$91.46, while Brent crude rose by 53 cents to hit US$102.84 per barrel.
