Montenegro Blames Middle East Tensions for Rising Oil Prices
The Government of Montenegro has attributed the recent rise in crude oil and petroleum product prices to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and disruptions in global supply chains.
In a decision adopted at an electronic session, the government announced excise duty reductions on Eurodiesel during the tourist season to mitigate the impact of price increases on citizens and the economy.
The price of Eurosuper 98 will be 1.81 euros as of July 28, while Eurosuper 95 will cost 1.77 euros. Eurodiesel will cost 1.79 euros.
