NorthIsle Copper and Gold Valuation Rises as Momentum Builds
NorthIsle Copper and Gold (TSXV:NCX) has been gaining attention after its North Island Project was selected for the 2026 Canada Investment Summit Dealbook.
The spotlight on the company comes at a time when it's already had a strong run, with a 30-day share price return of 21.77% and a 90-day gain of 63.54% at its latest share price of CA$4.53.
However, despite this momentum, the company's valuation has raised some concerns. At a Price-to-Book (P/B) ratio of 11.2x, NorthIsle Copper and Gold trades above both the Canadian metals and mining industry average and many of its direct peers.
This high multiple suggests investors are placing significant weight on future project outcomes and financing access rather than current financial statements.
