NYMEX Publishes Precious Metals Prices for October 1

The New York Merchantile Exchange (NYMEX) released precious metals prices for October 1. The data shows that gold futures have decreased by 0.06% to $4146.30, while silver futures have increased by 1.05% to $60.73. Platinum futures also saw a rise, increasing by 0.78% to $1746.30.

The measurement unit for these prices is 1 troy ounce (31.1 grams). NYMEX is a US-based futures market founded in 1882 and operates two divisions: the NYMEX Division and the COMEX Division.
