Oil Prices Decline Amid European Reserve Release
Oil prices fell on Friday after European leaders agreed to release diesel from their reserves in response to US President Donald Trump's request.
The move aims to lower fuel prices and reduce reliance on US imports, particularly following the ongoing conflict with Iran.
Brent crude futures dropped by 6 cents, or 0.06 percent, to settle at $102.25 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) fell by $1.76, or 1.90 percent, to $91.11 a barrel.
