Oil Prices Plummet as Brent Crude Hits $98.52 Per Barrel

The price of oil continued its downward trend on Wednesday, September 23. According to Fineko/abc.az, Brent crude futures at the ICE Futures Europe exchange declined by $0.73 (0.74%) to $98.52 per barrel as of 09:30. This decrease comes after a $1.09 drop in price on September 22.

Meanwhile, November's WTI crude futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) fell by $1.22 (1.35%) to $89.30 per barrel at the same time. This represents a decrease of $1.85 from the previous trading session on September 22.
