OPEC+ maintains steady oil output for November
The seven leading OPEC+ countries have chosen to maintain their oil production targets for November at the same levels set for October. This decision comes after a virtual meeting held on Sunday, where representatives from Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman reviewed global market conditions.
This marks the second consecutive month that the group has decided to keep oil output quotas unchanged. The participating nations reaffirmed their commitment to the production arrangements under the OPEC+ cooperation framework. They also agreed to continue holding monthly meetings to assess future output policies based on evolving market conditions.
The next meeting is scheduled for November 1, as stated in the OPEC+ announcement. The group’s decision reflects their ongoing efforts to stabilize the oil market through coordinated production policies.
