Pakistan Gold Prices Soar by Rs1,000 per Tola Amid Global Market Flux

Gold prices surged in Pakistan's local market on Thursday, with a notable increase of Rs1,000 per tola for 24-karat gold. According to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold settled at Rs427,436 per tola, marking an increase from previous rates. Additionally, 10 grams of 24-karat gold gained Rs857 to reach Rs366,457, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold edged up by Rs786 to settle at Rs335,931.

The international market also saw a slight rise in gold prices, with the price of gold edging up by $10 to $4,050 per ounce. However, silver prices declined in both local and international markets. The price of silver per tola fell by Rs76 to Rs6,215, while 10 grams of silver decreased by Rs65 to Rs5,328.
