Pakistan Gold Prices Soar by Rs3,000 Per Tola Amid Global Economic Shifts

Gold prices in Pakistan surged on Friday, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola increasing by Rs3,000 to reach Rs430,436. According to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also rose by Rs2,572 to Rs369,029.

The association reported that in the international market, the price of gold climbed by $30 to $4,080 per ounce. Meanwhile, silver prices also recorded an upward trend in the local market, with the price of silver per tola increasing by Rs79 to Rs6,294.

Experts attribute the increase in gold and silver prices to various factors, including global economic trends and demand from investors seeking safe-haven assets.
