Paramount Gold Nevada Sees Stronger Project Economics for Grassy Mountain and Sleeper
Paramount Gold Nevada updated investors on its two main assets at the Mining Forum Americas 2026. The company outlined a sharper development path for Grassy Mountain in Oregon and Sleeper in Nevada, highlighting significant permitting progress and stronger project economics.
Grassy Mountain is close to final state permits, with management expecting them within three months and in the current calendar year. The updated feasibility study uses a $3,600 an ounce gold price and shows an after-tax net present value of about $400 million. Sleeper has emerged as a larger near-term opportunity, with an initial assessment study showing an after-tax NPV8 of $400 million at $3,600 gold and more than $800 million at $4,700 gold.
Paramount Gold Nevada has $9 million in cash, 90 million shares outstanding, and no traditional equity raise currently planned. The company's CEO described the past 18 months as 'simply dramatic' for the company, citing advancement of both projects and key regulatory milestones.
