Prairie Provident's Q2 Results Marred by Debt Covenant Breaches

The company is in breach of its financial debt covenants and has classified its First Lien Loan and Second Lien Notes debt as current at June 30, 2026. The lenders have the right to demand immediate repayment of all amounts owed under both facilities.
