Riverbend Theatre Co Presents Two Plays Back-to-Back
Get ready for a unique theatrical experience in Red Deer as Riverbend Theatre Company presents two plays back-to-back on select nights. 'The Kiss,' written by local playwright Fleur Jacobs, tells the story of an Amish woman who must choose between her desires and traditions when a travelling man arrives in town.
'Conversations with Cows,' penned by Alberta playwright Blaine Newton, follows a married couple as they navigate significant life changes after the husband's new job in the oil industry reveals a culture that alters their lives in unexpected ways.
The plays will be performed at 7:30 p.m. on September 25-26 and October 2-3, with matinee performances at 2 p.m. on September 27 and October 4, at the Scott Block Theatre.
