Saudi Arabia Intercepts More Drones Amid Ongoing Tensions with Iran
Saudi Arabia has shot down more drones fired by Iran-backed militias in Iraq for a second day, according to the kingdom's authorities.
The attacks come amid lingering tensions between the United States and Iran, despite a period of calm over the past few days. Neither country has announced any new attacks since weeks of escalation over the Strait of Hormuz ended.
In addition to the drone strikes, Houthi rebels in Yemen claimed to have forced a Saudi oil tanker to turn around as part of their self-styled blockade of the kingdom.
